Dr. Tim Cousin, DDS, MSD
Dr. Cousin was born in Paris, France, and lived there until his family moved to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2000. He pursued his undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of Washington, where he later completed his dental education at the School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class. He then advanced his training by attending the University of Washington’s orthodontic residency program, recognized as one of the world’s leading orthodontic training programs.
Dr. Cousin cherishes his time with family in Mill Creek. Outside the office, he loves hiking and sailing with his wife and two daughters. He is also an avid beekeeper who takes pride in producing his own honey.

Dr. Christopher Spain, DMD
A proud Pacific Northwest native, Dr. Spain discovered his passion for dentistry early while working for his family dentist in northern Idaho. He loved seeing how a confident smile could transform lives—and knew he’d found his calling.
After earning his Biology degree from Seattle University (Magna Cum Laude), Dr. Spain graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, where he received multiple awards for academic and clinical excellence. He went on to complete his Orthodontic Certificate and Master of Science in Dental Medicine at the University of Colorado, focusing his research on pain management and improving the orthodontic experience.
