Financing FAQs
Will my dental insurance cover braces?
Many dental insurance plans cover the cost of orthodontics including Invisalign®, metal, or clear braces. Insurance coverage varies depending on your plan. If you are still uncertain, give us a call at 425-382-8000 or email hello@novaortho.com with your policy information and we’ll translate the insurance jargon.
Is Invisalign® more expensive than braces?
At Nova Orthodontics we believe you should be able to choose the treatment that best fit you and your lifestyle. At no additional cost!
Is there an additional charge for retainers?
Your comprehensive treatment includes 2 sets of retainers that are necessary to maintain your beautiful new smile. Life happens. If you need to repair or replace a retainer there will be a small fee.
Our Retainer Program
Over time, retainers age. They may lose their effectiveness, break, or become lost or damaged due to neglect. To provide peace of mind and help you protect your investment, we offer our patients the Retainer Program for long term protection at a discount.Â
Is there a family discount?
We know you will be so happy with your smile that you will want your immediate family members to have one too. For each additional immediate family member, we will extend a discount.
Will my Flexible Spending Account (FSA or HSA) cover my braces?
Orthodontic treatment almost always qualifies for FSA and HSA reimbursement. If your employer offers an FSA, let us know and we will verify your eligibility and help you get started.
Are there any other hidden costs or fees?
No one likes financial surprises! We’ll review your estimate in detail with you prior to starting treatment. The investment in your smile includes everything to complete your individualized treatment plan, a year of post-treatment office visits and 2 sets of retainers to retain your beautiful smile.
