This is a special orthodontics practice. I’m in ortho treatment for the third time and Dr. Cousin and staff are the first team that has cared as much about my outcome as I do. Dr. Cousin loves what he does and strives for excellence.
My autistic daughter is also in ortho treatment and they have been so good with her. They sent a handwritten note acknowledging how proud they were of her at her previous visit, which was a tough one for her. They gave her a lot of support when she was adapting to the feel of her expander in her mouth. Nova Orthodontics is a safe place for neuro-divergent people.
Surpassing my expectations, Dr. Cousin has worked closely with my dentist. Dr. Cousin even went to his office to meet and agree on a plan! The entire experience from start to finish has been extraordinary.
